| Lacey is my only poodle. I am a dog groomer and I like having a poodle around that I can try different cuts on. However, even though I do not show or breed poodles, I wanted a poodle that met the breed standard. I decided that keeping Lacey with the type of coat needed for the conformation ring was just too impractial for my life style and for Lacey. Lacey is a active bubbly dog who loves to play in the backyard and with all the Shelties and my Border Collies too. She wouldn't be able to do that and keep the coat necessary for the toy poodle conformation ring. Therefore, Lacey is spayed. Many people who have met Lacey have asked me about getting a puppy out of her. If you are looking for a Toy poodle I will be happy to recommend Lacey's breeder and other people I know that breed nice Toy Poodles that are free of genetic disease and meet the breed standard.
